Agenda confirmed for Host Planet Roadshow – Cornwall

There will be a distinctly local flavour to the inaugural Host Planet Roadshow event in Cornwall, which will take place at the Oceanside Hotel in Newquay on Thursday, 5 February. Tickets for the event are available now, priced just £40 each: click here to get yours.
An event for Cornwall holiday let hosts and property managers
The day will begin with a Cornwall-focused panel involving Andy Easton from Beach Retreats, Katie Warren from Fixer Property Management and the Cornwall Self-Catering Collective, and Rick Wild, Public Affairs Advisor, Travel Chapter. The panel will discuss local challenges and opportunities, regulation, and the liquidation of Visit Cornwall, among other topics.
Directly after the panel, PriceLabs will deliver an overview of Cornwall and UK data which reflects on 2025 and assesses the landscape throughout the coming year – helping hosts and property managers keep up with the latest trends and optimally set their rates.
Roundtable format will keep everyone involved throughout the day
Attendees will be part of a roundtable format where they have the opportunity to discuss challenges, opportunities, best practices, and lessons learned, while connecting with various industry brands and experts. In the afternoon, attendees will be part of a roundtable competition where they are tasked with developing a PR campaign for Cornwall to boost the image of the short-term rental industry across the region.
Throughout the day, a range of sponsors will be invited to contribute 10-minute knowledge bursts on a range of topics – with a clear brief to share educational and actionable tips with the audience.

The Host Planet Roadshow will be delivered in collaboration with the STAA, PriceLabs, and the Women in Short Term Rentals Community.
