Bigger, Better, Bolder: Host Planet Roadshow returns in 2027

Host Planet is scaling its acclaimed regional Roadshow from seven events to 10 in 2027 – welcoming a raft of new strategic partners and taking short-term rental education to more of the UK than ever before.
With three of this year's seven shows already delivered, Host Planet is today revealing an ambitious 2027 line-up that cements the Roadshow as the UK's leading regional event series for holiday let hosts and property managers.
Five of the 10 2027 events are already confirmed, in collaboration with several new event partners – alongside a set of new strategic partnerships that will elevate the series to new heights.
UK STAA – the Short Term Accommodation Association returns as a Strategic Partner, joined by three new additions: the Tourism Alliance, Truvi, and yhangry.
Host Planet Roadshow will kick off with double-header in Cornwall and Devon
The 2027 Roadshow kicks off where it all began – Cornwall – this time in collaboration with the Cornwall Self-Catering Collective, on 23 February. Just two days later, it heads to Devon for an event in partnership with Travel Chapter.
On 18 March, the Roadshow heads to Wales for the first time, with an event in South Pembrokeshire alongside Sapphire Holidays.
The series then reaches London on 20 April – the day before the Short Stay Summit, the STAA's flagship conference, where Host Planet will be a Media Partner. This first London leg returns to the Royal Over-Seas League, but bigger and bolder than before: spanning two floors, with far more space for networking and exhibitors.
Tickets for the first four events of 2027 are available now:
The Roadshow will return to London for a special finale event in November. On the eve of that final leg, an exclusive, invitation-only party will be held in collaboration with yhangry – and after the conference, Host Planet will stage the inaugural Rocket Awards in partnership with Truvi.
A further five legs will be added to the 2027 calendar, with venues and event partners to be confirmed soon.
Host Planet Founder and CEO, James Varley, said: "Going from seven events to 10 shows just how much impact the Host Planet Roadshow is having. Taking short-term rental education to the places where hosts and property managers actually operate has been a major success, and we can't wait to build on that momentum. We're delighted to welcome a fantastic group of new strategic and event partners, while continuing to strengthen our long-standing relationship with the UK STAA."
Janet Uttley, Chief Executive of UK STAA, said: "Short-term rentals play an important role in helping destinations across the UK welcome more visitors and deliver the accommodation capacity needed to support tourism growth. The Host Planet Roadshow brings together hosts, owners and operators from across the country, creating opportunities to share knowledge, learn from the experiences of different destinations and strengthen the sector through collaboration. We're delighted to return as a strategic partner in 2027."
The Roadshow will remain firmly accessible and educational, with ticket prices for regional events starting at just £40 each. Tickets for the London events will be £60 each.
