On Wednesday 7 October 2026, short-term rental hosts and property managers from across the south-west will gather at the DoubleTree by Hilton Bath for a full day of learning, networking, and practical strategy. The theme running through the day is simple: how do you actually use AI to run a better, more profitable short-term rental business – without losing the human touch that makes hospitality what it is?

The day opens with a bang: "Pimping Pablo's Plane", an inspirational talk on business and short-term rental hosting from serial entrepreneur Johnny Palmer – aka Bristol's answer to Elon Musk.
From there, you'll get a regulation and policy update in a fireside chat with Janet Uttley, Chief Executive of the UK Short Term Accommodation Association, on whether a short-term rental registration scheme and tourism levy are coming soon. James Cornwell, Founder of Curated Property, joins for a fireside chat on regulation, AI, and remote hosting.
On the AI and pricing front, there's a dynamic pricing session with PriceLabs, a "price with confidence" panel featuring PriceLabs and Beyond, and a heavyweight panel – featuring Hostaway, SuperControl and Guesty – on how property managers should really be using AI. Zeal Tax brings a timely warning that the window to claim capital allowances is closing.
