These Terms of Use apply to your use of hostplanet.club and Host Planet content, resources and services. By using the site, you agree to these terms. Specific event, sponsorship, advertising, training or commercial agreements may contain additional terms and will take priority where they conflict with these general terms.
Using Host Planet
You may use the website for lawful personal and business purposes connected with the information and services Host Planet provides. You must not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorised access, misuse forms or systems, introduce malicious code, scrape the site in a way that causes harm, or use the service for unlawful activity.
Information, not professional advice
Host Planet publishes commentary, research, interviews, guides and educational material. Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing, this material is general information and is not legal, tax, financial, investment or other regulated professional advice. You remain responsible for decisions you make about your business, properties, pricing, operations and suppliers.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, Host Planet or its licensors own the website, branding, original articles, guides, reports, graphics, recordings and other original content. You may link to and quote reasonable extracts with clear attribution. You may not republish substantial content, remove attribution, sell copies, or use Host Planet content to train or build a commercial model or competing content database without written permission.
User submissions
If you submit information, directory content, event material, comments, images or other content, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You grant Host Planet the permission reasonably required to display, edit and distribute that material for the purpose for which it was submitted.
Directory and third-party businesses
A listing, interview, link, sponsorship or mention does not automatically mean Host Planet endorses a third party. Third parties are responsible for their own products, services, claims, pricing and contractual terms. You should carry out your own checks before entering into a commercial relationship.
Events and bookings
Event-specific details, ticket terms, cancellation rules and refund arrangements shown at the time of booking apply to that event. We may make reasonable changes to speakers, schedules, venues or formats where necessary.
Sponsored and commercial content
Host Planet may work with sponsors, advertisers and commercial partners. Where appropriate, commercial relationships will be identified. A commercial relationship does not remove our responsibility to distinguish advertising from editorial content.
Connected services and Google Ads
Certain internal Host Planet systems may connect to third-party services such as Google Ads using authorised account access. Those connections are used to operate, monitor and report on Host Planet activity. Access is subject to the relevant third-party platform terms and can be revoked by the authorised account administrator.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every item will always be complete, current or error-free. We may update, remove or change site content and features without notice where reasonably necessary.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Host Planet is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on general website content, third-party services or temporary site unavailability. Where Host Planet supplies a paid service under a separate agreement, liability is governed by that agreement.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law may hear disputes relating to these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will be published on the Host Planet website with an updated date.
